About Kevin Rifkin

A resident of 16 years, shaping the future of the Colorado real estate market is Kevin’s biggest professional passion. He has been serving Denver, the surrounding areas, and all Colorado mountain markets for over ten years in acquisition and development. Kevin focuses specifically on Multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality real estate.

With over $200 million in real estate projects developed or acquired, he has a proven successful track record of growing companies, optimizing operations, negotiating acquisitions and leases, and raising equity. Kevin is an expert in financial modeling, negotiation, growth strategy, business analytics, and debt/equity financing. 

He tackles the inherent volatility of the real estate industry by taking a macro-level approach and applying it to a micro-market. He finds this helps him prepare for and even predict upcoming trends, ultimately providing the best service and advice to his clients.  

Kevin attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied finance and real estate. During his time there, he began volunteering with The Ability Experience assisting people with disabilities and special needs. Almost ten years later, he still participates in the organization and currently coaches three Special Olympics teams. 

In his spare time, Kevin takes advantage of the Colorado landscape by skiing, mountain biking, and fishing. He also can be found hanging out in his favorite neighborhood, the Highlands, seeking out new restaurants.
