Kevin's biggest passion is to shape the future of the Colorado real estate market. His specialties include capital markets, multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality. He's also led a few companies' real estate development departments, notably Quarters Co-Living, Getaway Homes, Outsite, and Inspirato, where he currently serves as the Head of Real Estate.
With over $350 million in real estate projects developed, acquired, or funded, he has a proven successful track record of growing companies, optimizing operations, negotiating acquisitions and leases, and raising equity. Kevin is an expert in financial modeling, negotiation, growth strategy, business analytics, and debt/equity financing.
He tackles the inherent volatility of the real estate industry by taking a global approach and applying it to a micro-market. This helps him prepare for and predict upcoming trends, ultimately providing his stakeholders with the best product and returns.
Principal, New York
Brendan serves as Byson's Principal Broker in New York, overseeing operations, sales, and marketing for both the Long Island and NYC markets. The insights and perspective garnered in this role carry over to investments to help identify opportunities and deliver better results.
Before founding Byson, Brendan was a Management Consultant at KPMG, performing risk compliance work for some of the most recognizable global financial institutions. He also has hands-on experience in property management and development, working at Rudin Management, one of the largest privately owned real estate companies in New York City, with a portfolio comprised of 17 residential buildings totaling 4.7 million square feet and 16 commercial office buildings totaling 10.5 million square feet. During his time, Rudin developed The Greenwich Lane, a residential property offering 200 one-to-five-bedroom condos in the heart of West Village.
Principal, New York
Nick's earliest exposure to real estate came while working for his family's 60-year family-owned business and real estate portfolio. During this time, he gained experience managing and leasing mixed-use properties and acquired engineering and construction knowledge while performing on-site installation work.
Today, Nick provides underwriting analysis and is involved with sourcing new acquisition opportunities. He's also a homegrown developer and Co-Founder of Byson Real Estate Co's brokerage business. As a jack-of-all-trades, he brings cross-functional expertise that spans real estate sales, finance, technology, and entrepreneurship.
