I moved to New York for work after college and was struggling to find an apartment that both fit my budget and unrealistic expectations of what I needed in an apartment. After a quick chat about everything I wanted and my budget, they had a handful of apartments ready for me to look at it. After a couple of days of apartment hunting with them, I had found the apartment of my dreams in the upper east side with an incredible view of the city right from my window, fantastic amenities, and a closet that was larger than any closet had before. The apartment had 24hr doormen, rooftop lounge, gym, laundry on-site, and was right next to the subway. To make it even better the rent was less than I wanted to spend! Since finding my dream apartment Brendan and Nick have helped several of my friends find their dream apartment too.

Nick has a great method. I met with him 3 times - once to meet and share search criteria with an initial viewing, a second time to view several units and compare, and a third time to sign the lease. He was highly efficient; given my initial search criteria, he was able to put together a Saturday schedule of appointments where we were able to visit 6-7 great apartments in different parts of town, all in a short time span. That same evening, he sent me a detailed email, summarizing the features of every unit and recapping our discussions (pros and amp; cons), which helped tremendously in making a decision. On a personal level, Nick is very approachable, friendly, and professional. He went the extra mile to ensure that I got the apartment I wanted at the right price.
