About Keeneth Love

As a native of Christchurch, New Zealand, Keeneth came to NYC for a new adventure in 2019. In his first few years in NYC, Keeneth has become an expert in every borough and loves spending his time finding all of the great hot spots that the city has to offer. Since joining Byson in 2020, he has gained experience working all over Manhattan and on Long Island, helping hundreds of people find homes they adore.

Keeneth recognizes the great significance of the investment of buying a home and makes sure his clients always feel completely confident in their purchase. Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to provide a wealth of knowledge on any property a client may be interested in are a few of the values that Keeneth brings to the table. 

"There are always two main problems that I see in the market. One is that people want to get a deal if they are buying. The second is that sellers want to get as much for their property as possible! I solve these problems by making sure that clients have a comprehensive understanding of the current market so that if they are selling, they can list their apartment at an appropriate price so it will sell and they will be able to get the best price for it. For the buyers, I make sure that when we put in an offer, it's a competitive reflection of the market trends for that area."

Outside of real estate, Keeneth works in film as an Assistant Director, which has provided him with expertise in filming amazing videos to showcase your home. In his free time, he can be found volunteering at his local church or playing the cello. He was even a musical conductor for many years!
