About Raymond Smith

As a resident of 26 years, Raymond Smith proudly calls Long Island home. Raymond is an agent who understands that navigating the market can be difficult due to its ever-changing nature but eases the process by tailoring approaches based on each client's goals. By doing so, he always provides them with the best options possible. As an investor in Long Island real estate, Raymond is a pro when it comes to evaluating the true value of a property. 

Alongside real estate, he works as a Mortgage Loan Officer, which has prepared him to give his clients a complete understanding of each transaction. With his experience as a loan officer combined with his two years of experience as an agent representing both buyers and sellers, Raymond has created an all-encompassing service using his wide range of knowledge of real estate and guiding his clients through all aspects of a transaction. 

His passion for helping others can be seen far beyond the world of real estate, with almost eight years of participation in his fire district as both an EMT and currently a Paramedic working in Suffolk County. He is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he studied Health Science and Emergency and Critical Care.
