Co-Founder & Principal BrokerIn 2018, Brendan Sweeney co-founded Byson Real Estate Co, a boutique real estate brokerage, alongside his business partner Nick Valletta. With a proven track record, Byson and its dedicated team have successfully represented diverse clients. From assisting builders in acquiring land for the development of 250+ unit multifamily complexes to representing properties owned by the largest private-held Landlords in New York City, Byson has consistently delivered exceptional results.
Prior to his venture into real estate, Brendan Sweeney was a management consultant at KPMG. During his tenure, he specialized in financial services, working closely with some of the world's largest multinational banks. He now resides in Long Island City with his family and is highly passionate about prop-tech and its effort to move the brokerage industry in the right direction.
