Dan's introduction to the real estate industry began in 2018 between his final two semesters at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in Philosophy Politics and Economics (PPE.)
Growing up on Long Island, Dan always wanted to call New York City home one day. After moving to NYC in the fall of 2019, he committed to real estate full-time in 2020.
Coming from a family involved in real estate investing on Long Island, he understands the importance of having insight into navigating a competitive market. When dealing with a lack of inventory, Dan has the asset of familiarity with the portfolios of many management companies. “If someone were to miss out on a unit they really liked, whether it be because of the finishes, price point, layout, etc., and there is nothing left in the building, it's easy to recommend another place under the same management as they can expect more of the same reasons they were interested in the first place.”
Dan holds relationships with management companies and other brokerages that help to provide an edge in finding units that may be upcoming and not yet publicly available. By embracing property technology, he is able to be aware of new units that come to market within his clients' defined criteria.
In his downtime, Dan can be found cooking or baking, specifically working on crafting the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe. He is also an avid movie consumer and is always down to debate the newest films.
